Before the athletics competitions, Hima was interested in football. At school, she played football with the boys and even wanted to continue her football career.
Hima later chose his career in the sprint; after receiving advice from a school physical education teacher named Shamsul Hawk.
Nippon (coach of Hima) noticed her during an inter-regional meeting. He says
